[Histonet] NADPH diaphorase

The protocol I have seen and used calls for cryostat or sliding 
microtome/frozen sections of paraformaldehyde-fixed material. Mount 
sections on slides, I don't think I ever did free-floating sections. 
Dehydration and/or embedding kills the enzyme.
