[Histonet] Hamster tumor differentiation

Hello All1

I was wondering, does anyone have any suggestions on where to start for IHC 
staining of a FFPE hamster tumor? One of our researchers thinks that it 
might be a mesenchymal type tumor. What panels do people use in clinical 
work? Any suggestions for a literature (book, article etc) reference for 
clinical panels, currently in use? (Even if in humans?) It's been a long 
while for me since I have had to think about clinical work. Thanks so much!!
