Vikki,
We use B+ fixative for our lymph nodes. It does a wonderful job and our
pathologists are very pleased with it. So far, this has been the best B-5
substitute that we have ever used. I highly recommend it. No more having to
remove mercury pigment!!!

Subject: [Histonet] B+ fixative
Hi Everyone,
Does anyone out there use a B-5 fixative subsitute
called B+?? I need to know what they are using in
place of the mercuric chloride if possible. I'm not
getting much feedback from the company.
Thanks,
